Buyers choose a small reseller for responsiveness and then sometimes get the opposite: a quote copied from a price list, a delivery address nobody confirmed, a validity date that lapses before the award. We built Acronox around not doing that.

Binding quotes only

Every price we send is backed by a distributor quote with a number and an expiry date. We do not quote from list price, a website or a catalog, because those are not prices anyone has committed to. If you receive a number from us, someone upstream has agreed to honor it.

Validity that outlasts your timeline

We track each quote’s valid-through date against your due date and expected award date. If an award is likely to land after the quote lapses, we ask the distributor for an extension before you need it, not after. We never accept an award against an expired quote and then renegotiate.

The delivery address is confirmed, every time

A surprising number of order problems trace back to an assumed ship-to. For us an explicit delivery address is a hard requirement before anything is ordered. If the solicitation is unclear, we ask the contracting officer during the question period rather than guess.

One contact, straight answers

You deal with the people who built your quote. If a part is backordered, a price moved or a compliance issue appeared, you hear it from us promptly and with an alternative, not after the delivery date.
