Getting a usable quote from us is simple, and a little preparation on your side makes it faster and sharper.
What to send
The requirement. The solicitation or RFQ with all attachments and amendments, or for informal requests, the manufacturer part numbers and quantities. If you only have a description, send that; we will propose exact SKUs for your confirmation.
The delivery address. The physical ship-to, including building or room if it matters. We will not quote or order against an unconfirmed address.
The deadline and the vehicle. When you need the quote, when you expect to award, and whether this is a micro-purchase, a simplified acquisition, a formal solicitation or a commercial purchase. That tells us which clauses and programs apply.
Anything that affects eligibility. Set-aside status, required certifications, or a mandatory brand. The earlier we know, the earlier we can tell you if we are the right fit.
What you get back
A quote with exact part numbers, unit and extended pricing, lead times, the valid-through date, and notes on country of origin and compliance where they apply. If any line cannot be sourced through an authorized channel, or fails a compliance check, we say so and propose an alternative.
How long it takes
Standard catalog items are usually quoted within one to two business days. Configured systems, special-bid pricing and items needing manufacturer deal registration take longer, and we will tell you the expected date up front. We count business days and build in a buffer rather than promising a date we might miss.
After the award
We confirm the order against the quote, the delivery address and the required documents, then track shipment through to proof of delivery. Your records, ours and the manufacturer’s stay aligned so acceptance and invoicing are uneventful.
